Erica Armah-Bra Bulu Tandoh who just turned 11, also known as DJ Switch from Ghana has already
made a name for herself after only spinning for two years at age 9. Erica, the only daughter to her
parents withfour siblings is so eloquent, vocal and confident thus puts so much attitude in her works
and her energy level, indefinite. There's no stopping this powerhouse after watching her interview
with the BBC and CNN. Erica at age 9(nine) had no knowledge on the DJ set till she tried her hands
on and mastered over it within five days of training. She won the Ghana's most talented kids"18 on
Tv3 Network. She is also the youngest ever to win an award at the Ghana DJ's Awards'18 in the
history of Ghana.
"I picked the name DJ Switch because I switch uppeople's happiness," she explains of her moniker
with a smile."I am not only a DJ but also a poet, dancer, an Mc, motivational speaker, actress and

She is featured on many media platforms both local and international like BBC, CNN, FRANCE24 and many more. She was the main DJ for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation summit during the UN general Assembly and as a warm-up for the France President, Emmanuel Macron of France thus mingled with powerful world leaders and top artists. She also advocated for Education on behalf of all African children in the continent during the 32nd Summit Of Heads Of State of African Leaders., Ethiopia. She has performed in popular shows like Ghana meets Niger, International Day Of the African Child, International Youth Summit Of UNFPA, Ghana, All Africa Awards and many more.
DJ Switch also a musician owns two debut singles, "DECIEVER" and and "PARDONNEZ" She freely gave out her "five tips" of being a great Dj to whole world during her interview with BBC "I am a DJ but it's my dream of being a gynaecologist to help women". Erica, who is now in Junior High School usually have this to say; "There's no conflict between my being a DJ and academic performance because I always have my actions planned"
